What lessons will we learn this week? I took my own advice from last week and welcomed the California experience in to my life with open arms, but it was not all play, I had to work with a team I had never met before, and the experience was like no other, it was awesome.
There were times I took a few deep breaths and reminded myself that I am a student in life, in work, in school, in each relationship I have - in every aspect of my life. The idea allowed me to approach the tasks, project, and people differently.

As I begin to pack my bags for California, I am sure to not forget my moxie, for I realize this trip will be an experience like no other. I anticipate the experience to be an opportunity to network, learn, and of course, enjoy myself while meeting Marketing Students from across the Nation. I believe this experience, like others, will shape a part of me and I can benefit from the opportunity if I choose to.
Message of the week, take your personal experience and welcome it with open arms. We can only learn from an experience, that’s why we must enjoy it.

We can pay our rent to society in any shape or size, but we must remember to pay our rent.
Helping others, being kind, generous, or just sharing a smile with someone in need probably depends on what hat we’re wearing or what mood we’re sporting on that specific day, but if you stay present and make eye contact with those around you, it is possible you will identify someone who needs a quick favor, a kind word, or just a warm smile.
Message of the week; choose to interact with each person you encounter in a positive way, for their sake and yours!

Each of us has at least one thing in common, we’re all on an adventure we call life. Our adventures maybe vastly different, but I can bet they are quite adventurous, no matter the circumstance.
Message of the week, enjoy your adventure! Spring brings upon us the perfect time to try something new if the old is no longer intriguing. Maybe it’s even time to create waves of friendship, compassion, or kindness.
Whatever your adventure brings to your plate, eat it and enjoy it. No adventure is the same as another, that’s the beauty of it all!
